I have tried to get a refund as the promised delivery date never happened - I want my money back! customer service response is stern and unhelpful . The delivery delays are huge and there is no warning of this until they have your money - I want my money now !

Defective shoes

the oil based leather Arizona sandals in red continue to turn my feet red. I have tried to use their vinegar and water solution, to no avail. the shoes are dry, my feet are dry, and still the dye rubs off. It is unsightly and takes days for the dye to wash off. I have been patient hoping this will subside after a few months, but it has not. Birkenstock will not exchange these for another pair. I am a very loyal customer and this is very, very disappointing.

I started wearing my new Birkenstocks and I knew not to wear them for long. I felt something sharp on the top of both my feet. I thought it would go away. Well I noticed I had cuts on top of each foot from the Birkenstocks. I have two other pairs and had no problems with them. This one that I bought were the Arizona Rivet Double face Grey. They are wool. I called customer service and they told me that there was nothing that can be done to help me. I thought Birkenstock stands behind their products. I was very disappointed. I received my order. I got ONE SHOE. My box looked like it had been dug through. For $150 ONE SHOE is not acceptable. On top of it Ive left THREE messages, been cut off from customer services multiple times and now reply to my emails. Absolute *** of a company.

I need sizing information

I made my first online purchase in 2021 and was not aware of a discount voucher. I was fortunate that I was to receive such with next purchase. However the next to purchase were sale items. I was wearing my new Birkenstock!s and found I had two cuts on top of my feet from my new Birkenstocks I have two pairs of Birkenstocks and never had any problems before. I figured it was because it was the wool kind with the shearing inside. I called customer service and they told me that there was nothing that they could do. Shoes were too small

Last year, I ordered the Oiled Leather Habana sandals, and paid $135.00 for them. Unfortunately, I put them in the closet, and now it's too late to return the shoes. I have several pairs of Birkenstock shoes that fit perfectly well, but not Habana sandals with the heal straps.

I called a customer service agent and they repeated the denial of any responsibility for their product! Ridiculous!

I purchased a pair of shearling Arizona shoes online at Birkenstock.com. I received them at the end of July 2021. I have barely worn the shoes in the house for less than 2 months and on one of the shoes, in the second tow spot, the shearling has worn clear down to the cork! I have 3 other pair of these shoes and none of them have done this! I sent pictures to customer service and was advised that their "product specialist" reviewed the photos and there is nothing they will do for me!! They said that shoes all wear differently, etc. and they didn't see anything that they would do anything about! WHAT? Disgraceful! I am disgusted by this callous treatment and disregard for the loyalty and the amount of money that I have paid to this Company!Bullshit

Terrible customer service

Birkenstock Canada has only one customer service employee and as a result I have had an ongoing returns process that has lasted almost a year because they are sending me the incorrect shoes. This has been a very frustrating experience and the customer service contact information is also difficult to find which is annoying.

I paid 200 Euro for a shoe (winter) which lasted only one year! Since they cannot find my purchase in the system ( unfortunately I have no receipt), they refuse to give me any service. Waste of money and time. Never ever again. Will have to search for another local shoe producer.
